I worked for AMN for several years and its culture has changed in the last year. Some directors should not be in their positions. One in particular has been hiring and referring solely based on who she knows and not from experience. There’s obvious favoritism among departments and who gets promoted. Lots of tenured former employees left because of terrible managers, supervisors, and directors. People are getting overworked due to lack of resources. They’re not willing to focus on retention on successful employees. It’s sad to see seasoned team members get pushed to the edge mentally and physically.
