The clinical leadership is less than stellar, they do not listen, they do not act. Working at AMN feels often like being gaslighted as you are constantly told how amazing AMN is, but it is not. There is a lot of work needed in the clinical department, of which should include the exit of their VP of clinical leadership (as the entire clinical manager team has shared that she is the issue). The environment is toxic, retaliatory and reflects (and rewards) the mean girl/popular girl cliche’. If you can move avoid that echelon of leadership, you will throroughtly enjoy your time at AMN,
