- Work from home. - Flexible work schedule - Less micro management
Cons
- No bonus pay for Canada employees. - Zero job security. Frequent lay offs with no severance package or notice. - Unmanageable high workload with no overtime payment. - The management does not actually care about their employees. Employees are just items in a production line. - RightSource just takes advantage of the skilled immigrant labour in Canada. They play around the Canadian labour law to the detriment of employees. - No sick days or personal days from vacation days. - Please avoid working here if you can.
