      I work at a smaller hospital so I know almost everyone who works here

      Cons

      I call it the B-team leadership. Leaders try, but it’s obvious they are only in their positions due to being a smaller hosptial. Lower pay compared to area hospitals

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
