      Pros

      The South region is located in a nice building with adequate parking. The co-workers are very supportive of each others.

      Cons

      Joint Venture of Alexian Brothers and Adventist Health is a joke. It is an Alexian Brothers takeover. They are laying off Adventist management and replacing them with Alexian Brothers employees with the excuse that they are better qualified. If you really must work here, be sure it is the north region not the south

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
