HR could also be more proactive in addressing employee concerns, improving communication, and supporting a healthier working environment. Compensation, bonuses, and salary increments also appear to be below current market standards, which may impact retention and morale.

The team is hardworking and there are opportunities to learn, but organizational structure and leadership alignment need improvement.

The team was approachable, supportive, and always willing to provide guidance and mentorship. I gained exposure to a wide range of projects, which made the learning experience both fast-paced and rewarding. Leadership was open to ideas, and interns were encouraged to take initiative and contribute to projects.

Because it is a fast-paced environment, priorities can shift quickly, which may require interns to adapt on short notice. At times, balancing multiple projects can be challenging but also a good learning experience.
