Pros
Love that they have many company social events. The company promotes a lot of team building actives in the past several months we have done skyzone, paintball, basketball, and karate with an instructor. It feels like a family friendly atmosphere where people. The team promotes individual hobbies and goes above and beyond building a support team around your personal hobbies. I have never worked in a place where you want to genuinely hang out with co workers after hours. Definitely recommend to anyone that is outgoing and adventurous. Anyone who likes being in a group setting it kind of reminds me of when I played sports in college.
Cons
There really aren't any the company almost all the time attends or contributes to almost any function or recreational activity the individual employees enjoy. It is just a great time. They even have a winner's circle where top employees get a chance to hang out and travel with the manager to different events which is pretty amazing.
