      Pros

      Supportive environment; good training; nice site with cafeteria and a great cook; lots of "food truck days" and things like that. Half day Fridays at my site, every Friday.

      Cons

      Nothing so far. I've been here for 3 months but have worked enough places to know a decent company when I'm working for it.

      Flexible start time (6–8 AM) and ability to make up missed time. Supportive direct management and good work-life balance. Opportunity to learn a variety of manufacturing skills.

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
