      Pros

      Almost everyone is friendly and willing to help. I rarely have to work excessively long hours and or weekends.

      Cons

      As the company grows, the work load is increasing without enough staff to keep up. The pay is alright but not top of the industry.

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
