Pros
Some coworkers were supportive and talented. The benefits were decent, although a bit outdated. No early pay, etc...
Cons
During my time at this company, I witnessed a consistent pattern of poor management practices at the leadership level. Feedback and “coaching” were inconsistent and rarely documented, yet later used against employees in disciplinary situations. This created an environment where staff never felt supported or treated fairly. Turnover is extremely high, and many talented employees have left due to the lack of transparency and accountability in operations. Decisions often felt retaliatory rather than constructive. Several departments also have an ego problem. Making it difficult to work with many and find productive solutions to simple problems.
