Pros
Loved working with the public ( at least most of the time ). Worked up to great vacation benefits.
Cons
Way overworked. When I was in Sterling Heights which was a 10 plex and also taking care of a 4 plex it got to where I was working 70 hours a week just to keep on top of things. Being pulled out of your theatre for extended periods of time and then telling you that your theatre is not be kept up.
