If you do well they give you more work, if you’re bad then just just hurry up.
No incentives if your a hard worker and reliable, or any praise/thankyou.
You give your availability but if you get a poor scorecard you’re not given work. But this can change last minute and you’re expected to drop everything and come in.
It’s okay for the lead drivers though as they are the favourites but 1-2 seem to be bottom of the scorecards most weeks so no standby for them. You are just a head on the ground, once you’re gone, not even a Thankyou for the work you did for them.
