      Some policies are good. If you work in projects then good exposure will be available

      Cons

      No work life balance. High level politics. If you don’t work in projects then there won’t be any growth in your career. No better increments. Excess working hours but not allowed to book OT hours.

      Management, consistency in brown nosing, HR and all management will work together or target individuals if you don’t brown nose or try to move up before someone that does
