Do not recognise staff for their skills and level of competence / experience Expect you to do overtime (which can be paid if agreed) to get projects finished Not a good company for a work/life balance unless you like working 40+ hours a week. No considerations for maintainability, No clear defined agile process Mostly waterfall and not even clear requirements. Managers always passing the buck even when they were to blame for their decision
