-ok benefits -Good work life balance for most -Attempt to make the warehouse safer from unwanted visitors -Good safety improvements -supplied Gatorade, water bottles on hottest of hot days of the summer. Cons
-Had a 2 week shut down in July, unpaid unless you use PTO do to supply chain issues but only some people were able to work defeating the purpose of the shut down. The few that took time off then came into work had to fight with HR to get their PTO back -I can see layoffs happening soon unless part delivery gets back on track -tool thefts frequently -front door to get into warehouse doesn’t close by itself most of the time -break room is loud with big swamp dryers during summers, unpleasant to be in. It also leaves the room humid
