Faulty Appraisal system: Rating on a scale of 0-4 , 4 being the highest. 0 - has not met all expectations 1 - met only some 2 - met all 3 - met all and exceeded some 4 - exceeded all 0 & 4 - Nobody achieves this rating. Literally impossible to achieve. 1 - Underperformer - Given a warning to leave the company 2- Average rating for over performers Also very good rating for underperformers. 90% of the employees get this rating. Even if you manage to exceed some expectations but lose out on a few, you will get only 2 rating. 3- High achiever rating for the remaining 10%. Also given based on seniority.
