Only one reason - The temporary offices in Nottingham had a good setup and facilities

Poor HR & Poor Senior Management - working hours were from 7:30am until 5:30am, and were only paid for 37 hours FTE. HR division took a long time to proceed any paperwork. Senior Management had no concern for safety on-site as long as handover targets are achieved. Engineers were almost working at the national minimum wage.
