Pros

Internal promotion, good intentions of safety, bullying not tolerated, unpaid overtime not expected, excellent HR staff

Cons

Safety rules are made on the fly with no consultation of the people who actually do the work, some safety rules make working MORE dangerous, worker safety requests dismissed, no MSDS available to people who work with chemicals, management are great when worker makes a mistake but when management make a mistake somehow it becomes the worker’s fault, NO WRITTEN PROCEDURES AVAILABLE despite numerous requests

ALS takes safety and wellbeing of our staff very seriously. All concerns must be conveyed to your respective Team Leader, Area Supervisor, HSE officer or directly to the Management. All leadership levels from supervisors through to management would review concerns diligently and would implement remedial actions promptly . We encourage staff to come forward with their concerns so as to ensure nothing untoward happens to our staff. Please raise your concerns with your direct Team Leader of any of the HSE officers (Micah Watt and Terri Smith) in regards to access to MSDS and testwork procedures. These are readily available to all staff.
