I have worked for almost 6 years with ALS now and have seen my journey through entry level laboratory analyst to a senior management role. This obviously happened because the company promotes internal talent, develops them and backs them with opportunities if people are deserving. Building internal talent pool is taken very seriously within the Geochemistry division. Very innovative culture, always striving to do better which is infectious at all levels of hierarchy. Remuneration is very competitive compared to competitors and region. Collaboration amongst hub laboratories is excellent which not only makes the division better but presents great opportunities for employees to relocate, gain experience and exposure for their career development. As long as you are ready to prove your worth the company supports and backs you. I have also had the opportunity of working for a competitor and its literally incomparable.
