Pros

Flexible work hours and friendly people

Cons

Top management disconnected from rest of the staff. Work load is crazy, most people there are stressed out and unhappy but stay out of comfort or too afraid to leave. Though there is a EBA in place for annual graduate scale review, 3 years into the role, was still under the "NIL" experience pay grade (even i was picking up more and more responsibilities and become NATA signatory) there was a $10K difference to what i should be paid and what i was actually paid, manager/HR said they would look into it - nothing.

Pretty much veryone is on the spectrum, so not much small talk is expected, noise-cancelling headphones and fidget toys are the norm.

Cons

No pay increases. Like none. Ever.
