Enjoyable working environment. Challenging but interesting roles. Management are considerate and helpful; all employees were friendly. Training was hands-on and under direct supervision.
Cons
Pay was underwhelming. Advancement in role involved commuting to Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs. Some of the material to be tested involved unpleasant waste materials.
