      They expect you to be 100% at their beckon and call. there are no merit increases, just COLA increases that always fall behind inflation.

      Pretty much veryone is on the spectrum, so not much small talk is expected, noise-cancelling headphones and fidget toys are the norm.

      Cons

      No pay increases. Like none. Ever.
