-Project teams and tech teams are understaffed, overworked, and underpaid. -Salaries across the board are at least 15k below industry standards. High turnover--many people left the company for higher paying positions Management is spotty at best--managers are personal friends with some staff so bias may be an issue. Project managers frequently leave early (at 3pm to play golf), take personal calls (for several hours during the work day), and often behave unprofessionally with both the project team and clients.
