I am unable to think of any downsides to working for E-Log Strategic Logistics as I spent only a short time with the company prior to lay-off due to downturn in O & G industry.

While I learned the processes of logistics the work environment was terrible. The owner is hardly there and when he is he stays in his office and could care less about how the office manager runs the office very rudely and degrading. I saw at least two women cry because of the office manager and was constantly around degrading situations. The company has lots of potential but is restricting itself with this individual that had two people fired and several people quit on her due to her unprofessional work ethic. Save yourself the time and look somewhere else.
