Cons
From my experience: Its a small company where management treats empolyees like cheap labour. No employee respect. There is poor resourcing and planning. They will put you in any project irrespective of your skillset as projects are limited. Planning and scoping is virtually absent and its done so as to satisfy the onshore management. Too much interference of management in work planning. Work pressure and timelines are too tight, they will start questioning and try to put blame on employee is any delay happens (which is bound to happen as work is mostly under scoped and under planned). Many leads often adopt this strategy here so as to protect themselves and make themselves visible in good books of management. No growth opportunities, too much favourism given by management to a handful of such leads. Their counterparts in other geographies often look down upon employees here as being inferior.
