There was good time when you could have a solid team to work with and actually grow and improve as a professional The company used to invest in the people so that if can grow and improve with them There were some good practices which were engraved in the work culture of everybody
Cons
the place just deteriorated. - HR no longer even tries to do anything If there is an employee which is being a dead weight to everyone in the team HR will actively ask their direct managers to not take any disciplinary actions because they are unaware of local laws and how they work If you need anything from them, they will answer not answer at all, with 3 weeks delay or just go on a ramble how its your fault and how you didnt do something correct when there is a complete lack of proper processes. if you reach out to them for question on how to do something, same thing happens. If something in the HR system doesn't work correctly, well guess what again its your fault that their systems don't work correctly. - Management is not what it used to be. Of all the people that were valuable to the company and brought something of value everybody has left, with the exception of few shinning diamonds that are covered in a sea of waste and cant handle to everything.
