A great introduction to security risk consultancy for someone new to the industry.

Management demonstrates little professionalism or respect, with decisions frequently driven by emotions and office gossip. Consultants are expected to work full-time hours (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m), Monday to Friday) but are denied the basic benefits of permanent staff. For example, any day off, even for illness, is unpaid. There are no meaningful opportunities for growth or development, and interns work without pay, which feels exploitative. Overall, employee well-being is treated as an afterthought, if at all.

Some good experience among senior leaders at the firm. The hostile training is probably world class for example. Work tempo is very manageable.

Salary is very bad. Career opportunities are extremely limited, improving slightly if you work there for a long time.
