Management and Work Environment are terrible - Anonymous AKDO Employee Review

I can tell by the good reviews on here... exactly who gave them, and those are the people I wouldn't trust. Management and policies got in the way of making it a good work environment. They play favorites. They trust the wrong people. They do not trust the vast amount of employees that work there and treat most everyone like children. When people in key positions start to leave in droves... you should take it as a hint... They have brought in people to make a change and then end up firing them when their new plans don't align with the way they have been doing business for years. A company can't grow when it is stuck in the past.
