A lot of opportunity for growth and positive impact in a critical space for Americans. - A lot of freedom to develop skills and define processes. Have not been micromanaged or boxed into current role definitions. - Opportunity to shape and define workflows without getting bogged down in process. Overall this is a great place to work. Impressive leadership team with a clear vision and goal. The team all the way down is able to execute projects and reach ambitious goals, allowing the company to scale smoothly and quickly.

If you don't like the (slightly) chaotic and fast paced startup environment, this would be a challenging place to be.
