Pros
- My specific team is friendly, have made lifelong friends. - Have had the opportunity to see some West End shows that we work on for free. - WFH rules are flexible. - Lots of autonomy in my role.
Cons
- Unpaid for my role in comparison to other digital marketing agencies - Massive favouritism in the company > my team are integral to shows selling tickets but we are left out of social activities/ any client benefits & freebies as we don't often work directly with clients. Company never offers any extra-curricular benefits or rewards for our hard work. - Often work to extremely tight deadlines with work coming in only a couple of hours before it must be completed > client expectations are managed poorly by the account managers. - My team has been unmanaged for a year and we get no support from upper management. - Very limited company benefits , such as free "bread and spread". Think there is gym subsidy and healthcare subsidy but it is rarely pushed and so restrictive that no one I know uses either. - No development opportunities for my role, no progression unless I "make a new role for myself", but have been given no support/tools to do this.
