Pros

Good place to start out, many opportunities given when you ask for it. Mothers are well taken care of, aternity leave, childcare leave etc. MNC!!! Under Publicis Groupe, lots of big office perks like nice view, free breakfast, coffee etc.

Cons

Workplace bullying is high. Everyone is so overworked it makes people on edge and they snap at you and get upset over the smallest things. No strict SOP, everyone has different standards and expects different things from the same piece of work. Does not voice out what they want, simply expects you to read your mind. Turn overrate is ridiculously high. Yes, it's just the industry. But at AKA, it's even higher. Workplace culture toxic. Everyone is cliquey. If you find your people then you do, if not you feel very alone. Culture of getting angry, using passive-aggressive phrases to put people down. Usually comes from those who have been working in AKA for a long time which speaks a lot of the management. Claim that they want to teach you more but between the senior leadership and lower-level execs, there isn't much teaching. Low wages. They pay below the industry average. Worklife balance is hard. When you don't OT colleagues will look at you as if you are mad.
