Team is phenomenal - helpful, experienced, very intelligent and positive to work with. Everyone is an excellent listener and values the opinions of others. AJW offers every second Friday of the month off ("AJW Fridays") to promote work-life balance.

Nothing I can think of

The team is small, people are relatively nice and management does care about their employees.

Management gives very little direction or feedback. Feedback can often be harsh and unexpected. No regular performance reviews. Did not receive a raise or even a review in the 3 years I worked there and wasn't given proper professional development opportunities. Pay was very low given my years of experience. It's not a great place for a creative to thrive and for a young person to grow in their career.
