Having worked for multiple, larger consulting companies, as well as on the industry side, the management at AJM has really succeeded in creating a positive and supportive environment for its relatively small team of professionals. This is evident from the strong sense of camaraderie among team members, the open communication channels that encourage idea-sharing, the consistent recognition of individual contributions, and the initiatives to enjoy fun activities together outside of office hours, helping to build stronger team connections.

Consulting can be stressful, particularly in the environmental field because of the seasonal nature of the work. However, I feel the management at AJM goes out of their way to address those inherent challenges with a genuine and compassionate approach toward people, fostering a work environment that supports a healthy work-life balance for the team—more so than any other company I’ve worked for.

- Be prepared to wear many hats! Not a bad thing (personally speaking) but sometimes this expectation is hard for some to adapt to. It's a growing and dynamic company so your role can/may change as the needs of the business evolve
