      No pros at all, horrible company to work for

      They use and abuse when they don’t have any managers giving the casual assistants managerial tasks with no compensation. Managers act like they are saving lives, rude and unprofessional

      Pros

      The flexibility of remote work. I worked with a great and intelligent group of people. Also, the customers are researchers, and I felt like I was really helping them.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance, low pay, cliquey, few opportunities to advance, gaslighting and overworking highly qualified employees for profit. It was better before the company changed owners.
