In addition to competitive salary ranges, we also offer many other perks, rewards and recognition programs to make the Associate experience the best it can be. I hope this has been your experience over the past 20 years. I’m sorry you believe there isn’t room for growth. While we have a new career-level framework to promote employee advancement, we continue to look for additional ways to provide development opportunities to our Associates. If you haven’t done so already, I would encourage you to discuss your development goals and aspirations with your leader. You can do so by scheduling a 1-in-90 conversation, or a skip-level conversation with your Manager Once Removed (MoR) to get their perspective on career progression as well as training and development opportunities. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
