Thanks for the feedback. We work hard to maintain our culture of teamwork, collaboration, and support. Underpinning this culture are initiatives that recognize wins, promote Associate growth and champion our entrepreneurial spirit. I believe that these initiatives are a major contributing factor to the “good vibes” you felt during your time at AIR MILES. We are going through an exciting business transformation at AIR MILES, which I know can mean a heavier workload at times across many departments and functions. We have put a lot of thought into creating a range of offerings to help support our associates in striking as much balance between work and life as possible. I hope that during your time with us, you were able to enjoy our Flexible Work Arrangements, Summer Hours Program, Summer Fun Days, paid vacation time and Loyalty Days. It can be a challenge to take advantage of these perks during busier periods, however, we encourage all associates to work with their Leaders to find ways in which they can receive the support that they need. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
