This is the only company that strives to make money off a call centre...focus is on saving costs rather than servicing clients You are constantly lying to people because your hands are tied as to what you can or can't do The Air Miles program is the most restrictive, confusing and antiquated loyalty program and your whole day is spent explaining upper management's ass-backward decisions and changes Call after call after call because they don't staff properly and blow service levels then blame it on you for exceeding call times! Predatory managers and team leaders whose sole function seems to be painting targets on people's backs and making sure they fail Unrealistic sales targets with little to no support Very little camaraderie with fellow employees because most work from home Dreary call centre in Mississauga which looks more like a Costco warehouse than an office Advancement opportunities exist but people are being constantly shifted around into other positions or back to their original one Archaic systems - you can't even pull up the company website on your computer! Slow desktops even though the hardware is modern Upper management only cares about the parent company's stock price I could go on and on
