The company's headquarters double as the CEO’s private residence, blurring professional and personal spaces. Promoted a harmful workplace culture with unhealthy behavioral norms. Occasional instances of intimidation and unprofessional conduct from the CEO. Widespread favoritism and personal connections override fair opportunities. Limited career growth makes advancement nearly impossible. Difficult to juggle parental responsibilities and work. Poor cleanliness and lack of proper maintenance in the workplace.
