DON'T RECOMMEND - Very toxic work environment - Manager AIM Recycling Employee Review

Very poor president Management. No structure. Big slavery. dictatorship from the owner No vision. They don’t respect and listen to their employees. They only matter about money and business. They fire people for no reasons. People quits one after the other. No job security. No transparency. Higher management are the only ones to decide. No autonomy to take decisions. They don’t care about their employees. Don’t waste and risk your time. It’s not worthed. I highly don’t recommand!!!! Very toxic work environment
