Pros
There are many things I have appreciated during my time at AIL including, but not limited to, the fact that you are in control of your ability to achieve promotions and pay raises. This is the only place I have worked where people have supported each other and the atmosphere is truly positive. What is achieved and accomplished in a career at AIL is directly related to a willingness to be accountable for yourself, your attitude, your work ethic and accept the leadership and experience of the managers that consistently offer assistance and support.
Cons
It's true this is not for everyone. AIL tries you out, you don't try AIL out. I've seen people fail but typically those that fail do not have proper attitudes and efforts. Some will say the schedule is demanding but so is the schedule for every millionaire. We all have the same 168 hours in the week but its what you do with that 168 hours is what counts. Everything is schedulable you just have discipline to follow it.
