Bad expenditure for campaigns initiated by team leader as we need to spend money Super bad bad bad branding as some AIA agents got into a lot of hot water in the past ten years in the news Bad branding to sell investment plans especially IULs Bad vibe for younger agents as 67% of the agents are old people with 27 to 45 years in the force Bad claims for accident plans and hospital plans which would get the agent into a bad situation with clients Like many other companies, the organization is cliquish. Not a good mix in a team. E.g, chinese with chinese, malays with malays, indians with indians.
