- Quite diverse hires ethnically - Great office location - Friendly colleagues

- They have no idea how to build a gen-ai app. They hired a lot of experts in other parts of AI and lack the know-how - They have really poor planning - They have very intelligent employees and the structure is that they just get in the way of each other... like snatching defeat from the hands of victory - Cant decide if they are a startup or corporate

The learning curve is good

Unfriendly community they are lefting out the remote people
