Work is easy enough to complete for the associated pay in reg ops, you will shine if your semi competent.
Cons
Double edged sword - management have no idea and change direction on every job constantly so the pace of work is extremely slow for what is a huge workload and there is no expectation to get work done since management have no idea what is going on. Management of notifications are so toxic, they are bullies and have been with the organisation since inception so there is no change of them leaving. Only thing done to address it is a staff survey every few years which demonstrates the same thing.
