Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We recognise that everyone has different experiences of Ahpra’s culture and work environment. We appreciate any feedback which assists us improving the employee experience. Ahpra is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
Everyone is entitled to be treated with dignity and respect. Ahpra aims to create respectful workplaces that ensure people are treated as individuals, respected for their unique attributes, and not excluded, harassed or bullied in any way, through unconscious bias, stereotypes or unlawful actions that may form the basis of discrimination, harassment, violence, vilification or victimisation. Ahpra is committed to providing safe, inclusive and respectful workplaces where everyone feels valued and supported to speak up where instances of disrespectful, inappropriate and/or unlawful behaviours are observed.
In recognition of this, our new Respect @ Ahpra Framework which has been under development for some months will open for consultation with our team members in early March, seeking feedback to help us ensure our policies and programs clearly define what behaviours are and aren’t tolerated, and clearer pathways for escalation and resolution of inappropriate workplace behaviours.
If you would like to talk to us confidentially about your experiences, you can get in touch via email at employeefeedback@ahpra.gov.au to help us identify improvements for our existing and future workforce
