Pros
Absolutely not one thing is good here.
Cons
Working at this company was a masterclass in frustration. The expectation to lead change was clear, yet leadership lacked the vision and decisiveness to support any real progress. It was like being asked to build a house without blueprints — or tools. Decision-making was painfully slow, often based on emotion over strategy, and frequently reversed with little explanation. The leadership team’s inexperience in the industry was apparent and often left employees spinning their wheels. The culture, if you can call it that, was undefined, inconsistent, and at times, contradictory. Passion alone can’t replace structure, accountability, or experience — and unfortunately, that lesson was learned the hard way here.
