Pros
The salary, the allowances and company car are great.
Cons
1. The management is quite poor in managing a team and projects. They will leave everything to you. It will be difficult if you are a fresh grad. As each person will handle everything independently. This is very unproductive. When you could have completed your report on another project, you are too busy writing emails, making calls, site visit, research, meetings, letters and etc on a another project.
2. The working hours expected from the company is quite demanding and be ready to stay up late constantly with no help and sympathy. They will force you to finish up no matter what, even though the timeline and workload is not feasible.
3. The micromanaging of the company is quite annoying. For example at the end of the day you have to write what you did the whole day and how many hours spent. You were so busy and just wanna go home but they make you write that damn thing. Others could be like no freedom of how you want to plan to work. If the employer wants that "thing" now then you have to do it. That messes up all the plan that you have made for other projects.
4. No discussion on how to solve a problem or make work tolerable.
