Pros

Cons
This has been one of the worst companies I have ever worked for, especially the ED Department. The workload is extremely high, and there is absolutely no work-life balance. Employees are treated like laborers rather than human beings. Many days, we had to work until 8–9 PM without any consideration for our personal lives. The work environment is extremely stressful. Even basic things like going to the restroom or taking a lunch break are closely monitored and timed. It often feels like employees are not trusted at all. The Team Leads behave as if they are above everyone else, and the management does not seem to care about employees' well-being. Instead of supporting the team, they create unnecessary pressure. In my experience, the department also had favoritism and unprofessional behavior. I did not feel respected as an employee, and the overall culture was unhealthy and demotivating. Overall, my experience in the ED Department was mentally exhausting. If you value work-life balance, respect, and a healthy work environment, I would not recommend this department based on my personal experience.
