Pay is just ok, insurance is good but extremely expensive

Too much for anyone to handle alone. No support from powers that be. I was shorted referal bonuses. Never even a thanks for big savings or new capabilities. Managers either don't understand what is going on in their process or things being done for them or they don't know how to value them or those bringing the goods. I worked 12-16 hours every day plus Saturdays for 4 plus years for no extra pay. Isacrificed all that time with my family for a better future for all. Still no thanks. I had to argue my hour quantity of vacation 3 times over my tenure, only used a few weeks the entire time, and still was shorted a good percentage of my yearly vacation hours over a technicality upon my exit.
