Pros

The pay was decent... but not enough

Cons

Horrible management, shadowed employees for 3 MONTHS due to no onboarding plan. The director has no clue about the industry. My manager was only on site twice a month. THE PAY ISN'T WORTH IT!!!

Pros

Leadership cares and listen's. The Company is going through changes/challenges just like all other companies. They are doing the best they can.

Cons

I do not have a con at this stage.

Management was not so good - very passive aggressive and disorganized and don’t expect overtime from your employees
