Pros
Some of the training was quite useful. However, considering the amount of money/time it costs to train staff, it should be better implemented.
Cons
Performance issues and management make it difficult to attract talented staff/fund managers. Internal politics a definite issue (enforcement of hierarchy feeds into this). Litigious culture.
